After beginning work as a freelance web designer in 2007, Ben Houghton teamed up with Thom Carter to create Sheffield Hosts in 2008 with a view to providing a hosting solution for his customers. Sheffield Hosts was created and SheffHost.com was registered.

We host sites all over Sheffield, the UK and beyond, all of which are hosted on state of the art servers situated at the Bluesquare datacentre in Maidenhead. Our offices are currently located in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. We are a privately owned company that has been making a healthy profit since we began trading. Continued commitment to providing powerful tools, excellent service and reliable hosting is key to our success. Technical support is completely in-house - there is no outsourcing in our company.
